The purpose of the notification is to provide wastewater treatment and nitrogen reduction in effluents after pressing and incineration of sediment used for the treatment of municipal effluents mechanically purified from elements greater than 0.5 mm in a multi-sea reactor. The technology is characterized by the fact that the purification plant is equipped with a reactor consisting of no less than four (1) chambers filled with biological forms (4) with a developed surface no less than 200 m2/m3,where the volume of the chamber (1) is not less than 50% of the biological forms (4) freely suspended in the volume of purified effluents, all reactor chambers (1) function at the flow of the effluents (2) to the first chamber upstream,and from the bottom of the sewer special channels are moved to the top of the next chamber (1),and the controlling factor in the purification process is the adaptation of the level of acidification in each chamber (1) individually to the sequence of the chamber in the process and thus the first and second irradiation of the chamber 5 -7 mg 02/1, the chamber since the third irradiation at level 2,5 -3 mg 02/1, where the ventilation of the effluents is carried out by membrane blowers (7) and is regulated by the valve (9) of the oxygen supply to the individual chamber (1).
