The purpose of the notification is to obtain phosphine (III) from the relevant phosphine oxides (V) characterised by the fact that phosphine oxide (V) is subjected to a two-stage reaction sequence consisting of the first stage where phosphine oxide (V) is in contact with oxalil chloride and/or thionium chloride and/or phosphgen, in the second stage, the reaction mixture is contacted by hexafluorocodosilane and/or trifluorocarbon, resulting in phosphine(III). The notification shall also cover the method of obtaining transitional metal complexes containing the relevant phosphines (III),obtained from phosphine oxides (V),and were then contacted with appropriate precursors of transient metal complexes in one reaction vessel.
