The design basis of the sub-assembly of the instrument cassette of the infrared and/or ultrasonic welding device, the interior fittings of the vehicle, in particular the dashboard, is presented, that the design basis (P) consists of four to six adjacent lateral planes of adjacent constituent segment s of a smaller volume compared to the volume of the whole base (P),where each of the segments is equipped from the bottom, with mounting devices positioning the aggregated segments in the form of a complete design basis (P). The object of the invention is also a system containing the described design basis,as well as a tool bottom toolbox or toolbox containing the basis or arrangement described above. The object of the invention is also the way of creating the basis.
