The present invention relates to food industry. Cheese pancakes, a method for producing quark for cheese pancakes, a method for obtaining dough for cheese pancakes and a method for baking cheese pancakes are provided. The technical result is production of low-caloric cheese pancakes suitable for storage in frozen condition without loss of consumer properties and for heating in a microwave oven or conventional oven, whereas the production technology is simplified due to the dough for cooking having the consistence allowing to pour it into pans rather than forming lozenges manually or using complicated equipment.
