This invention relates generally to methods and systems for supporting decision-making and managing meetings of collegial bodies, and in particular to methods and systems for managing corporate content in the work of collegial bodies. An automated system for managing the work of collegial bodies of enterprises, containing data processing units, which include a question management unit, configured to receive data entered by the user in a graphical interface; access to the document controller block to modify data, which refers to an external ECM (Enterprise content management) system to save the received information; a multilingual unit configured to receive data from a question control unit for translation into another language; system data storage, configured to store data on the structure of the archive and the attributes of the downloaded files, as well as update status of questions and delete documents; a document controller unit configured to receive requests for data change from system units and access an external ECM system; an archive parsing unit configured to receive an archive with documents from a document controller unit and unpack the archive; block categorization of materials, made with the possibility of assigning a category of materials received from the block management issues; a notification block configured to receive requests to send notifications to members of the collegial body from the question management block in which the question was created, and send notifications about the creation of the question to the participants of the collegial body; block organizational structure, configured to store information about the departments of the enterprise.
