Method of determining the presence of hops of the variety Caucasian semi-milled redfish in an unknown sample of hops, pressed hops, hop pellets or beers in which a high efficiency liquid chromatography with the mass of detection of an unknown sample of caustic hops, pressed hops hops or beers shall be determined by the analytical content of the aggregate sample C27H30O15 with the agglomeration formed by the camphor leaving the chromatographic column with the retention time 9,8 minutes and the aggregate sample C30H32O18 with the camphor aglycon leaving the chromatographic column with the retention time 10, 0 minutes, and possibly other analysts,and, on the basis of their weight ratios, are determined,whether the sample contains hops of the variety Satanic semi-milled or other varieties.
