This invention relates to a nutritional composition that allows the urinary system to benefit,and with a food supplement containing that compound. According to the invention,in that nutritional composition,D-mannose is combined with a pH stabiliser,which is intended to keep pH within a range of values from approximately 6,0 to approximately 6,5 and which optimises the efficacy of D-mannose. This invention is also related to a kit supplementfood supplements containing a first food supplement containing the nutritional composition referred to above and a second food supplement containing a second food supplement Composition including D-mannose.
