provide functionality for client services through contract implementation and linking. the present invention relates to computer-readable methods, systems and means for automating the expression of functional aspects of a destination service in a customer service via a vehicle referred to herein as a contract. generally, the methods are performed in the context of a distributed computing environment configured to support service application operations. in the modalities, the contract is implemented and linked by checking that the functional aspects expressed satisfy the customer service dependencies. the contract generally defines interfaces and maintains properties that configure the interfaces during installation. during implementation, one or more interfaces are established and parameterized according to the properties associated with them. during the call, the destination service and the customer service are linked through communication channels that are routed through the established interface. consequently, customer service calls through communication channels make it possible to target and employ the functional aspects of the destination service.
