a conductor outlet arrangement (1) for a high voltage transformer / reactor (20) comprising an elongated bushing (2) having a bushing axis (b), a voltage shield (5) located at the base (6) of the bushing (2) for receiving a winding conductor (7) from a transformer (20) and housing a connection between the winding conductor (7) and the base (6) of the bushing (2), the voltage shield (5) configured to receive said winding conductor (7) in an off-axis direction in relation to the bushing axis (b).
