it is a method (10) for obtaining restoration of dental structure based on principles of minimally invasive dentistry in order to ensure longevity and clinical predictability; said method (10) for obtaining indirect restoration to be carried out from natural dental tissue milled in cad-cam and comprises the following steps: i) planning and indication of the clinical case for crown of natural dental tissue; ii) obtaining donor dental tissue; iii) preparation of the receiving dental structure; iv) cad-cam milling of the donor dental tissue; v) cementing and finalizing the restoration; the natural dental tissue is collected from a donor patient, which will be used in a recipient patient.
