The motor function evaluation device is configured to perform a time-up and go test in which a subject stands up from a chair, turns around a mark at a certain distance, and measures the elapsed time until the person sits on the chair again. The motor function evaluation device includes a communication unit configured to acquire measurement data of an inertial sensor attached to the body of a subject, and a distant room where the subject stands up from a chair based on the measurement data acquired by the communication unit. And a control unit configured to detect a time and a sitting time at which the subject sits on the chair, and calculate an elapsed time by using the detected departure time and sitting time.
