The present invention is an electrospray ionization apparatus, comprising: a probe member that captures a sample by contacting the probe member; and a voltage application member configured to apply a voltage to the probe member. The member is provided with a continuous supply mechanism of the liquid solvent or an intermittent supply mechanism of the liquid solvent to the sample, or the electrospray ionizer is provided with a continuous supply mechanism of the liquid solvent to the sample or an intermittent supply mechanism of the liquid solvent. An electrospray ionization device further comprising a supply member.
