The invention relates to a fixed structure for a mold loose piece and a lens molding die having the fixed structure, large-scale mold or increasing of part can be restrained, and the positioning accuracy of the loose piece can be improved. According to the invention, the technical problems can be solved, the above fixed structure of the mold loose piece comprises a spacer member which is held in a loose piece holding part with the loose piece, the spacer member is configured on a position partly contacted with the peripheral surface of the loose piece, the abutted part of the above loose piece and the spacer member is a inclined plane which faces to one side of the bottom surface with one side of the opening of the loose piece holding part and protrudes towards one side of the spacer member, and the abutted part of the spacer member and the loose piece is a inclined plane inclining along the abutted part on one side of the loose piece.
