We provide banking support systems, methods and programs to support the execution of accurate and efficient banking operations. The control unit (21) of the support server (20) acquires external status information, financial transaction conditions, customer status information, and financial transaction status at the same time from the back-end system (40), and the acquired information is used as a data set. Machine learning is performed using the teacher data to generate a customer behavior prediction model that links financial transaction conditions and financial transaction status, and the customer behavior prediction model is used for the current external situation and customer situation. Calculate the financial transaction conditions corresponding to the target value of the transaction status.
