To provide an adjustment device for generatrix-circumferential direction angle of a cylindrical lens that can match generatrices of a plurality of cylindrical lenses to each other.SOLUTION: An adjustment device for generatrix-circumferential direction angle of a cylindrical lens includes: a lens holding cylinder 2 that holds a cylindrical lens 7; an outer peripheral cylinder 3 with the lens holding cylinder 2 disposed on an inner peripheral side; a cam member 4 that is provided on an outer peripheral side of the lens holding cylinder 2, and has a cam surface 4C eccentric to an axis 8A intersecting an optical axis X of the lens holding cylinder 2; and a long hole 6 (cam member engagement part) that is formed on the outer peripheral cylinder 3, and engages with the cam member 4 in a circumferential direction of the optical axis X. The lens holding cylinder 2 is supported by the outer peripheral cylinder 3 in at least three directions with an equal interval in the circumferential direction of the optical axis X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
