PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image collection system capable of improving a convenience in saving captured moving image data and reducing a load in viewing of moving image data.SOLUTION: A moving image collecting system according to an embodiment includes: a program for causing a portable terminal to execute event input; a moving image collecting device; and an on-vehicle device. The program includes a transmission step of transmitting an event signal corresponding to the input to the moving image collecting device. The moving image collecting device includes a moving image data requesting unit. The moving image data requesting unit requests the on-vehicle device for moving image data in a predetermined time range based on the received event signal. The on-vehicle device includes a storage unit, a moving image data extraction unit, and a data transmission unit. The storage unit stores moving image data captured by an image capturing device. The moving image data extraction unit extracts moving image data imaged in a time range indicated by a request from the storage unit. The data transmitting unit transmits the extracted moving image data to the moving image collecting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
