PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FM-CW radar device that can detect only a reflection signal from a moving object with the reflection signal from the moving target highly accurately discriminated against a reflection signal from a stationary object even when the stationary object such as a construction object and the like exists in the vicinity of the moving target.SOLUTION: An FM-CW radar device 1 comprises: an antenna 10; signal generation means 20; signal processing means 30; storage means 40 that sequentially stores an input reception signal pair in a fashion capable of discriminating the input reception signal pair; FFT processing means 50 that performs FFT processing of the reception signal pair to output a spectrum pair to averaging processing means 60; the averaging processing means 60 that outputs an average spectrum pair from the prescribed number of spectrum pairs; determination means 70 that determines whether up and down beat signals having amplitude larger than a first threshold are included in the output average spectrum pair; subtraction processing means 90 that subjects the included beat signals to a reverse FFT to subtract the beat signals from the corresponding reception signal pair, and subjects the beat signal to the FFT processing, once gain; and target detection means 80 that extracts a reflection signal from a target from the spectrum pair subjected to the FFT processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
