To create job information which satisfactorily undergoes flux stirring in a work system for substrate for performing a series of work including flux use work and flux nonuse work on the basis of the job information.SOLUTION: Although a flux unit is attached to a work device for substrate while a series of work is performed, each of all pieces of job information corresponding to the series of work includes flux unit set information representing that the flux unit is attached. Even in the case that flux nonuse work is performed, the flux unit is a stirring object on the basis of the flux unit set information, and in the case of reaching stirring timing, the flux stirring is performed. Consequently, it is possible to satisfactorily suppress flux drying even in the case that the flux unit is attached during the series of work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
