To provide a housing plan proposing device which can propose a housing plan which can highly satisfy a customer.SOLUTION: A housing plan proposing device 12 acquires a request for a house from a customer and extracts a housing plan that satisfies the request from a housing plan database 18 on the basis of the acquired request from the customer. After that, the extracted housing plan is displayed in a display unit 15. A residence satisfaction level database 19 stores residence satisfaction level data of persons living in a house 21 built according to a housing plan, on the housing plan-by-housing plan basis stored in the housing plan database 18.
