According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a raw material particle size and wet / dry measurement apparatus for irradiating visible light to a transferred raw material, infrared light for irradiating the raw material with infrared light, and irradiating the raw material with visible light and infrared light. A camera that captures an image of the raw material to be obtained from a direction different from the irradiation direction of the visible light illumination, and an image processing unit that analyzes the image to generate the particle size information and the wet / dry information of the raw material can be provided.
