PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural plant cultivation device that can be self-supported at an installing position even without embedding into the ground, and in which an opening degree of support rods can be freely adjusted.SOLUTION: At least three support rods 1 are supported in a connected manner by a pivoting body 2, the pivoting body 2 includes a support body 3 and a connection body 4, through-holes 31, 41 into which the support rods 1 are inserted are provided for the support body 3 and the connection body 4 severally by at least three, the support body 3 and the connection body 4 slide with each other and are connected freely rotatably, lower parts of the support rods 1 are freely opened/closed by rotating the support body 3 and the connection body 4, and the pivoting body 2 is movable in vertical directions with respect to the support rods 1, and can be held at a desired position of the support rods 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
