PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stir-fry device of a stir-fry machine provided with a device structure for automatically frying and cooking ingredients. An automatic stir-fry device for a stir-fry machine includes an apparatus main body 1, a stir-fry pan 2, a food stir-fry device 3, and a master controller 4. The device body 1 has at least one support 11. The frying pan 2 has at least one hollow outer housing 21 erected on the support 11. The food stir-fry device 3 has a fixed frame fixed on the support 11. The master controller 4 is connected to a servo motor, an inner pot motor, a heat generating coil, a temperature sensing device, a radiator, a transmission / reception cylinder, and a drive motor.
