The light emission adjustment part 2 is disposed, for example, in a manner along the light propagation direction of the light guide part, the reflection surface 2a and the reflection rear surface 2b are made to be a mirror surface specification or a diffusion high reflection specification, and the light emission adjustment part includes a plurality of light passing hole parts 2c penetrating between them.
