PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a time table with which it is possible for each of a plurality of members to perform high quality work.SOLUTION: A time table generation system 10 for generating a time table that indicates the relationship of a plurality of members and time slots in the case where each of the members performs work in a prescribed time slot, comprises: an action information acquisition unit 201 for acquiring action information that indicates an action performed by a member during work; an opinion information acquisition unit 203 for acquiring opinion information that pertains to members based on a human relation between a member and others; an index calculation unit 205 for calculating, on the basis of the acquired action information and the acquired opinion information, an index that indicates the quality of work performed by a member; a time table generation unit 206 for generating, on the basis of the calculated index, a time table that indicates the relationship between a member and a time slot; and an output unit 207 for outputting the generated time table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
