This yield distribution calculation device is provided with an acquisition unit, a determination unit, and a calculation unit. The acquisition unit acquires position detection values, which are detection values of a GNSS receiver which detects the position of a combine, and yield detection values, which are detection values of the combine relating to the yield. On the basis of the position detection values acquired by the acquisition unit and data relating to the width of the combine that performed reaping, the determination unit determines whether a region in a field where the combine has reaped has not been passed through or has already been passed through. If a region determined not to have been passed through is contained in a region through which the combine has passed, then the calculation unit stores said unpassed-through region associated with the yield shown by the yield detection value; if the region through which the combine has passed is determined to be a region that has already been passed through, then the calculation unit performs processing not involving storing said passed-through region associated with the yield indicated by the yield detection value, and the calculation unit calculates the yield distribution, which is the distribution of yield according to position.
