PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting and drilling method depending on pre-splitting which enables increasing of directivity of splits by a lesser installed amount of explosive even if intervals of shot holes arranged along a peripheral edge portion of a drilling region have spread, and inhibits that excessive drilling work increases and surrounding ground is damaged, while being able to separate the ground of an outermost portion in the drilling region from the ground of the outside of the drilling region easily.;SOLUTION: A pre-splitting blast is performed in a state that a vacancy hole 11 is formed in a portion between a pair of mutually adjoining shot holes 10a that is formed along a peripheral edge portion of an arch shape portion of a face plane 20. The vacancy hole 11 is formed in a state that a split 13 is consecutive between the vacancy hole 11 and one shot hole 10a, and is formed in a state that the split 13 is not consecutive between the vacancy hole 11 and the other shot hole 10a, at the time of pre-splitting blast, by being arranged to approach the side of the one shot hole 10a, in a portion between the pair of shot holes 10a.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
