To provide a protection control device for an AC/DC conversion station that can surely protect a DC line in an appropriate range in the event of an accident in the AC/DC conversion station or a DC transmission system, a protection control system for a DC power transmission system, and a protection control method for an AC/DC conversion station.SOLUTION: A protection control device for an AC/DC conversion station in which one end of an AC/DC converter for converting AC and DC into the other is linked to an AC power transmission system, and the other end is linked to a plurality of DC lines through respective DC breakers determines accident in each of the DC lines, opens the DC breaker of the selected DC line, and prevents the opening of the DC breaker of other DC lines not selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
