PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine resource ore lifting apparatus that can improve energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A marine resource ore lifting apparatus 10 comprises: an agitation chamber 70 which is filled with seawater W; an agitation part 80 which has blades 81, 82 placed within the agitation chamber 70; an excavation part 90 which is a rare earth slurry feed section supplying rare earth slurry R to the agitation chamber 70; an emulsion feed pipe 13 which supplies emulsion Em with its specific gravity lighter than the seawater W, to the inside of the agitation chamber 70; and a mixture ore lifting tube 14 which recovers mixture M from the agitation chamber 70, the mixture M containing the emulsion Em and the rare earth slurry R, which are bound together, and having its specific gravity lighter than the seawater W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
