To provide a document processing device capable of processing documents per type.SOLUTION: A document processing device comprises: a character string extraction unit which extracts various character strings from text information obtained by character-recognizing information written in a document; a tagging unit which generates tagged text information obtained by adding a tag to each of the extracted character strings; and a structuring processing unit which generates structured text information according to a format per document type on the basis of the tagged text information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
