To solve the problem that work required in teaching a robot is conventionally desired to be simplified.SOLUTION: A robot teaching device 10 comprises: a position data memorizing part 28 that memorizes target position data on a robot 100; an operation instruction memorizing part 26 that memorizes an operation instruction for arranging the robot 100 at a target position which does not include the target position data; and a position data writing-in part 30 that obtains current position data on the robot 100 when being inputted with the operation instruction and writes-in the current position data, as the target position data, on the position data memorizing part 28 together with an intrinsic identifier, which teaches the robot 100 how to operate by automatically adding the identifier for the target position data to the inputted operation instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
