To realize classification of objects in an image by changing features to be mechanically learned by a neural network.SOLUTION: A machine learning device has a processor and a memory, in which the processor accepts an image to calculate feature quantity of objects included in the image, the processor identifies a part from the feature quantity to calculate a local identification value, the processor calculates an overall identification value by using the local identification value, and the processor generates an identifier by using the local identification value and the overall identification value to be stored in the memory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
