PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method capable of easily performing a ground/water coupled finite element analysis based on a multi-dimensional consolidation theory, without being affected by ground surface shape.;SOLUTION: The numerical solution of behavior of a ground element is found by applying a vector [ΔWp] showing a stress variation of the ground caused by fluctuation of water pressure and a vector [ΔSf] showing the variation of an object force caused by fluctuation of a hydraulic gradient to the ground element for every time history step, and by applying a ground/water coupled finite element analysis based on a multi-dimensional consolidation theory.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
