To reduce the number of moored solar cell modules while stably mooring them and to effectively use a water surface.SOLUTION: An aquatic structure 2 supporting solar cell modules and floating on a water surface is configured by connecting a plurality of floats to each other. The aquatic structure 2 comprises a mooring member 5 including a mooring cable 51 one end of which is connected to the float, and an anchor 52 connected to the other end of the mooring cable 51 and fixed on a water bottom 6. The mooring member 5 is installed between the float and the projection region 61 on the water bottom 6, which is formed when the aquatic structure 2 is vertically projected on the water bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
