To provide a simpler configuration for measuring a subject's psychosomatic burden from a result of measurement of the subject's centroid oscillation.SOLUTION: A psychosomatic burden measuring system of an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a centroid oscillation measuring device that is disposed so as to be capable of measuring a centroid position of a subject in a state of a dorsal position or a sitting position to output time series data on the subject's centroid position; a centroid position processing unit that from the time series data on the subject's centroid position, calculates a value of an evaluation index depending on the subject's centroid oscillation; a burden measurement processing unit that on the basis of temporal variation in the value of the evaluation index, measures the subject's psychosomatic burden; and an output processing unit for outputting a result of the measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
