PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning type agricultural system which enables objective evaluation as well as relying on the empirical rule of a farmer in the cultivation and cultivation of agricultural products. SOLUTION: A learning type agricultural system is structured by combining measured values of the field environment and empirical rules in order to perform optimum irrigation and fertilization for changing the state of the field environment, and can be handled by a computer.
