PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-defective product determination device, a non-defective product determination system and a non-defective product determination method capable of improving the non-defective product determination accuracy of components in an internal combustion engine. A non-defective product determination device is a non-defective product determination device for components including a rotation drive member in an internal combustion engine mounted on a vehicle, and calculates an analysis value based on multivariate analysis of torque information in driving the components. It includes a calculation unit and a determination unit for determining whether or not a component is a non-defective product based on the analysis value calculated by the calculation unit.
