To make a distribution criteria of a contingency fee for a secondary right of use of a content clear as well as making a fluctuation reference of a distribution factor after recouping an initial development fee to correspond increase of a number of content contracts.SOLUTION: A storage part 106 accommodates an original contract storage means storing an original contract content including a consent right, an initial development fee, a royalty class, and a distribution factor for revenue of a content, a sales table 106d storing a sales amount of a secondary use revenue of the content, and remittance reconciliation data 106e storing a remittance amount, a control part 102 comprises an original contract registration part 102a registering an original contract content to determine the distribution rate of the secondary use revenue, a sales remittance amount registration means registering a sales amount of the secondary use revenue and its remittance amount, and a distribution calculation part 102d calculating a distribution amount that distributes the remittance amount to a subject person in a royalty class using the distribution factor, the original contract storage means includes a fee rate condition table 106c altering the distribution factor of the contingency fee depending on a cumulative amount of the secondary use revenue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
