RETRACTABLE UTILITY FUNCTION OR PRODUCTION FUNCTION WHICH CAN EXPRESS ARBITRARY NUMBER OF INFERIOR COMMODITIES, DEMAND FUNCTION GROUPS RELATED THERETO, AND SYSTEMATIC METHOD FOR GENERATING FUNCTION GROUPS FROM OBSERVATION DATA
To summarize changes in the demand amounts of a large number of commodities in one utility function by a utility function capable of calculating values of expressing an arbitrary number of inferior commodities (object 1), to generate a demand function from the utility function and realize a function in which a sequence of the demand amount x naturally changes to changes in a budget m or in a price (object 2), and to estimate parameters of the utility function or the demand function from the observation data and generate the parameters (object 3).SOLUTION: 1. An expression is employed which allows a calculator to perform an accurate calculation of the value of an implicit function while using an implicit function based on an addition structure as a utilization function. 2. The success rate of a regression is increased by reducing the number of the parameter of functions to facilitate an operation. 3.
