An embodiment of the present invention is directed to the problem of providing novel polyolefin-based resin expanded particles which enable a polyolefin-based resin in-mold foamed molded product that (i) exhibits reduced frictional noise and noise occurrence risk in the long term and (ii) has excellent surface glossiness. The above problem is solved by polyolefin-based resin expanded particles including a polyolefin-based resin (a), the polyolefin-based resin (a) containing a product (b), a butene copolymer polyethylene wax (c), and a water absorbing substance (d) in specific amounts, the product (b) containing: an olefin-based elastomer (Component 1); a copolymer (Component 2) which differs from the Component 1 and is a copolymer of ethylene and at least one type of vinyl monomer; and a higher fatty acid amide (Component 3).
