The invention relates to a display system (10) comprising: - an image capture device (11), and - at least two deflection mirrors (M1, M2), arranged so as to reflect towards an objective of the device of image capture of light rays (D1, D2) from an environment (E) of the display system. According to the invention: at least one of the deflection mirrors extends in a field of view of the image-capture device by optically interposing itself in a part (Ch1, Ch2) only of this field of view, and the two deflection mirrors are inclined relative to one another. The invention also relates to a dashboard or console for a vehicle interior, comprising such a display system.
