A secondary fixation device for the end of a deep vein catheter contains a medical tape (1). Their property is: A medical tape (1) with a first adhesive surface (11) and a first matt surface (12). The presented adhesive surface (11) of the medical tape (1) is attached to the neck of the patient, and the first matt surface (12) of the medical tape (1) is glued with two first bands (2). The first surface of the first strip presented (2) has a first hook surface (21) and a second adhesive surface (22). The shown first hook surface (21) of the first strip (2) is with the first matt topsurface (12) of the medical tape (1). The second adhesive surface (22) of the first band (2) is attached to the neck of the patient. The first attachment (3) is also attached to the medical adhesive tape (1). The first mounting piece presented (3) is fitted with two circular grooves (31)and two elastic rolls (310) are inserted in the two grooves presented (31). The two elastic rolls (310) are attached to the second mounting piece presented (4). The second mounting piece presented (4) and the first band presented (2) are each mounted with a template (41). One end of the presented template (41) is fixed with an elastic insertion post (410), and one end of the first introduced insert post (410) is fixed with an elastic stopper (411). The other end of the handle (41) is equipped with a hole (412) to insert the post (410).
