Main claim 1: Preventive moisture monitoring and ventilation system to prevent the achievement of the dew point in indoor spaces with their own microclimatic conditions, characterized in that: 1.1. by measuring the temperature and relative humidity both at the air inlet and below the air outlet, the dew point can be calculated.1.2. before the dew point is reached, the system starts preventive countermeasures such as aeration of the gap, whereby air from upper layers of air is drawn in outside the gap and led into the space.1.3. the system warns the user if there is a risk of condensation, which can not be prevented even by the ventilation used.1.4. the system alerts the user when condensation is taking place.
