FIELD: information technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intelligent self-trained automated systems for generating control solutions in a selected field of use and discloses a device, method and system of functions of an intelligent integrated digital platform designed to control large systems, for example, economic, based on analogue-to-digital transformations of universal morphological models using neural networks. Technical result is achieved by architecture with separation into independent and functionally interconnected analogue-to-digital conversion units, with own information storage device each, forming virtual representations of external environment with controlled system, a control system with actuators, future required states of the controlled system, which, interacting with each other in a certain manner in the mode of constantly executing cycles, are trained, self-trained and form the required control decisions permanently.;EFFECT: high adaptability of the intelligent integrated digital platform (IIDP) (hereinafter, the control system) to environment factors of the controlled system, to the application and scalability conditions in the virtual space and the system time of the IIDP, functional resources of analogue-to-digital conversions for making required decisions, for example, economic.;3 cl, 2 dwg
