Summary of invention consists in the fact that transcription is performed by means of pre-baked on marked data on amplitude-frequency and spectral characteristics of neural network and enables to obtain a computer-readable or human readable answer on the presence or absence of the analyzed solid body characteristics or control commands associated with the presence or absence of the analyzed characteristics, which is verified by the cross-validation method.;EFFECT: providing the possibility of simplifying and improving the quality of decoding of flaw detectograms and digitized signals of investigation of solid bodies.;1 cl, 1 dwg
