FIELD: instrument engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cold-deformed spring. Method for manufacturing spring (3') is described, which contains the following steps: a) preparation of steel wire (1), b) thermomechanical deformation (12) of steel wire (1) prepared in step a) at temperature, exceeding the minimum temperature of recrystallization of steel wire (1), while steel wire (1) has at least partially an austenitic structure, c) cooling the steel wire (1) deformed by the thermomechanical method at stage b), d) improving the steel wire, including: heating (17)steel wire cooled at stage c) (1) at least to the hardening temperature, which is equal to or higher than the temperature of the beginning of austenitization (I); quenching (18) steel wire (1) heated in step I at least to the quenching temperature, to the first cooling temperature, and the first cooling temperature lies below the minimum recrystallization temperature of steel wire (1) and forms at least partially martensitic structure (II); reheating steel wire (1), sharply cooled in stage II, to the first tempering temperature, which is lower than the temperature at which austenitization begins (III); cooling re-heated steel wire (1) in phase III to a second cooling temperature, the second cooling temperature being at least below the first tempering temperature (IV); e) cold deformation (20', 20") of steel wire (1) improved at stage d) at the cold deformation temperature, and the cold deformation temperature lies below the minimum recrystallization temperature of the steel wire; e) separation (21) of cold-deformed steel wire in step d), according to the invention, cooling of steel wire (1) in step c) is carried out to a temperature below the minimum recrystallization temperature, so that at least partially ferritic-pearlitic structure is formed in steel wire (1).;EFFECT: technical result – manufacturing a spring with high viscosity.;10 cl, 3 dwg
