FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in early postoperative complications prediction after simultaneous surgical interventions concerning the abdominal organs combined surgical pathology. 7 days before the operation, determining the depression severity by the Hamilton scale. 1 day before the operation, determining the Charlson comorbidity index value. Also in the serum determining the content of: interleukin-6, endothelin-1 and the blood flow in the hepatic vein volumetric rate values. Determining the surgery type: Fast track laparoscopic simultaneous surgery, Fast track mini-laparotomic simultaneous surgery, laparoscopic simultaneous surgery, mini-laparotomic simultaneous surgery, simultaneous surgery with the open access technology. Based on the obtained data totality, using the original formulas calculating the complications development probability in the early postoperative period.;EFFECT: method allows to increase the complications in the early postoperative period predicting accuracy after simultaneous surgeries concerning the abdominal cavity combined surgical pathology due to the depressive disorder additional consideration.;1 cl, 2 ex
