FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in predicting the quality of life in the early postoperative period after simultaneous surgical interventions for a combined surgical pathology of the abdominal cavity, small pelvis and anterior abdominal wall. For this purpose, one day and two days after surgery in the urine determine the content of: dopamine (mcg/day), adrenaline (mcg/day), norepinephrine (mcg/day). In the blood, the levels of GABA (pmol/ml) and β-endorphin (nmol/ml) are determined. Based on the data obtained using the original formulas, the ratios of the activity of the stress-implementing system relative to the stress-limiting one day after the operation and two days after the operation are calculated. Dynamics of changes in the stress-implementing system are determined relative to the stress-limiting one and the prognostic assessment of the quality of life is calculated. Based on the obtained value of the prognostic assessment of quality of life, a low, medium or high level of quality of life is predicted in the early postoperative period.;EFFECT: method provides a forecast of the quality of life in the early postoperative period in this category of patients due to the control of certain parameters of the sympathetic-adrenal system.;1 cl, 2 ex
