Dress for women after radical mastectomy with pronounced lymphostasis of the upper limb or after prosthetics of congenital or amputation defects of the upper limb at the shoulder level or after isolating the shoulder or with limited motor capabilities due to injury or paralysis of the upper limb, containing: the central one-piece back and the central one-piece front with neckline; lateral anterior and lateral posterior parts of the scruff bodice, the length of which is below the line of the hips; two front and two rear flared wedges connected to the side parts of the front and back of the bodice along the transverse line of the undercut; sleeves; patch pockets. The objective of the utility model is to create such a dress that would optimize its functional and operational-ergonomic indicators for comfortable wearing and convenient in the process of self-service (when putting on, removing and fastening-unfastening) with one (healthy) hand. The task is achieved by the fact that the front dress is made oar and includes: the central one-piece part of the front (1); central one-piece back (2); round neckline (3); one-piece sleeves with a lowered armhole like “bat” (4) with stitched cuffs (5); flared wedges front (6) and rear (7); pockets with an oblique line of the upper entrance of the pockets (8), the lower sections of which are fixed in the seams of the bodice (9), the side sections are in the seam of the sewing of the bodice and sleeves (10), and the front ones are in the relief seams of the central part of the dress. The hinged part of the dress passes along the line of the shoulder seam (11) and the vertical relief located on the side of the deformed or prosthetic upper limb, and is completed by a fastener on buttons (12) and welt loops (13). At the same time, the lower sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief are equipped with stitched strips (14 and 15), and the upper sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief are equipped with a stitching strip (16).
