The utility stick simulator for classes in the development of hand motor functions in patients of the neurological clinic refers to medicine in the neurology and neurorehabilitation section and can be used in the neurosurgical departments of the neurological and neurosurgical clinics during the development of hand motor functions in patients with neurological clinic organic lesions of the brain of various etiologies. The useful model contains a plastic construction made in the shape of a hockey stick and comprising a handle (1) of rectangular cross section, the lower part of which smoothly passes into a hook (2) in which a through hole (3) is made, the edges of which on both sides have a smooth rounded shape, and through the through hole (3) lace (7), at one end of which a washer (8) is fixed, and at the other end of the lace (7) there is a loop (9), in front of which a stop (10) is installed; at the same time, an emphasis (4) and notches (5) are made in the upper part of the handle (1), and a strap (6) is also fixed. Thus, the “stick simulator”, through its structural elements, provides an opportunity to conduct classes in developing hand motor functions based on the strengthened skills of patients with experience playing hockey, allowing you to conduct safe and comfortable classes to develop the motor functions of the hands with patients of the neurological clinic, including patients with impaired movements of the fingers and patients with impaired motor functions n og, due to the easy and convenient return of the puck to the initial position. Using the “stick simulator” introduces an element of novelty into the recovery process, turning it into an interesting and attractive training for patients.
