The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition with excellent workability and adhesive properties in paper coating, more specifically, biodegradable resin composition in which polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) are mixed at a proper ratio and a heat stabilizer is added to improve workability and adhesive properties which are problems when a paper of conventional biodegradable resin is coated. The present invention uses a T-Die coating machine after drying the biodegradable resin composition through a dehumidifier. The PBAT of the conventional biodegradable resin uses a melt flow index of 1-5 at 2,160 g load at 190°C, which decreases the workability and the adhesive properties when T-Die is coated. Accordingly, the present invention compounds the PBAT having a melt flow index of 8-12 and the PBS having a melt flow index of 8-15 to provide excellent paper workability and adhesive properties.
